Sam’s virtual sessions are entirely customized for each person he works with. You will typically begin with a connection call where Sam will guide a conversation to foster safety in the space with him, as well as to gauge each person’s point of readiness.
Once trust and safety are established, following sessions will guide you through the process of exploring what you are missing or need for sustained safety to be established in your body.

Outside of his practice, Sam cultivates his own grounding through music, water, ritual, and stillness. His personal healing journey has emphasized practices that transcend words, focusing instead on presence, body, and breath. This lived experience informs the honesty, care, & collaborative lens he brings to every session, meeting each client exactly where they are.

Sam’s Services
— A Gentle Invitation to Return Home
Sam Gini holds a compassionate space for individuals navigating significant life thresholds such as trauma, burnout, heartbreak, or major change. His clients often include those who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or simply exhausted from prolonged survival mode, seeking to reconnect with themselves and find rest. Many come to Sam when they are ready to feel again, to recenter, and to feel more at home in their bodies.
Sam's work integrates Reiki, intuitive touch therapy, and elements of Shiatsu, guided by his deep attunement and presence. Sessions are designed to unfold slowly, relationally, and with profound care, always honoring the body's inherent pace.
How Sam Works:
Listening, Attuning, Responding
Sam approaches his practice not by forcing or fixing, but by deep listening, attunement, and responsive guidance. Each session is described as a "quiet invitation to soften, to breathe, to come back to centre". Clients often experience his work as grounding, affirming, and gently transformative, leaving sessions feeling more resourced, regulated, and authentically themselves.
His methodology is rooted in principles of energetic balance, where he aims to bring "light into darkness" and act as a guide, empowering clients with tools for self-healing. He draws on concepts of qi (energy), understanding that its deficiency or "rebellious qi" can manifest as various physical and emotional imbalances. Practices like Makko Ho stretches, which combine stretching, visualization, breath work, and meditation, are integral to stimulating energy channels and promoting overall well-being.

Samuel’s Journey
There were years when my body carried silent currents I could not name. Exhaustion flowed through me, heartbreak edged every movement, and I walked through the world as if it were a room I didn’t fully belong in. Slowly, I began to notice the subtle language of my body, the quiet ways it asked to be seen and heard.
I have learned that my body was never the enemy. It spoke in ways I had not yet learned to hear. The hardest part was letting go of the idea that I needed to fix myself. Healing came slowly, in the moments I allowed myself to rest, in the pauses where I breathed, in the ways my body softened when I was seen without judgment.
Now, I hold space for others in that same quiet, steady way. Not to give answers, but to witness. Not to fix, but to be present. I know what it is to feel invisible, to question if you will ever belong in your own skin, to carry the ache of heartbreak, disconnection, or chronic strain. If you are moving through illness, exhaustion, burnout, or the subtle weight of being unseen, I am here to sit with you. To remind you that you are not broken, that your body, your heart, and your story are always worthy of care.
